This has been an ongoing issue. We are a legit company that sends bulk mail to our magazine subscribers (basically turning our articles to digital editions)... lately when we send one mail campaign... its fine... 100% speed. If you send a second mail campaign from any domain or database, it slows the server to a crawl at about 25% speed!
Anyone have any ideas for a win2k3, raid-5 scsi, dual cpu, dual core... with 6gb ram would slow down like this? we had no issues prior to January 2008... we made no major changes then bam!
we have a pix cisco firewall... i'm not sure if thats the culprit since again no changes were made. any tweaks that would of caused this anyone can think of or anything?
