Slow loading browsers

Ok, so all my browsers initially load very slow, however after loading are very fast when opening a new tab or doing a search. I've pinged my ISP and everything is very fast. Using speed test my pings are 1ms, downloads and uploads are four times the speed I pay for. This must be a windows 7 issue, I have uninstalled IE, firefox and google chrome and reinstalled yet nothing initially loads fast. I have the latest firmware for my router (Netgear R6300) My modem is a moto 6141. My windows 7 loads in 15 seconds, very fast and responsive, yet my browsers initial load time have me confused. All my ping tests from pc to router, pc to modem are 1ms. Am I freaking out for no reason?

My wifi is secure, no bandwidth stolen by my neighbors. And this is a wired gaming pc I'm speaking about.

Do you have addons/extensions/plug-ins that might slow down startup?

Run ccleaner to clear out temp files and cache, sometimes this helps.

If that fails reinstall Windows.

I agree with Ultima99, run ccleaner against it and see if it helps.

Could be slow dns resolution. Have you tried setting your computer to use the google public dns servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)?

I use ccleaner a couple times a week. I've disabled all browser addons and reset Firefox to defaults. I'll try everything else that's been suggested. I use several anti malware programs including Trend Micro to scan a couple times a week also.

Thanks for the help.
