English, do you speak it? Or spell it?

Sheesh.

Can you elaborate on "...it had to wires, not one of those wires u connect to the mobo or the psu and i connected them two wires into a psu wire hole..."?

Where exactly did you plug it in?

Sounds to me like he plugged it into one of the molex plugs. I'm not sure how but it's about the only thing that makes sense.

yeh, i put the two wires in there but in different places!

Short = power supply doesn't turn on. Please don't just stick random things into random holes! :p

Is this one of those fans with a wierd connector on it? Like a tiny little 2-pin connector?

How you'd get a smaller keyed fan connecter into a molex connecter is beyond me, it probably wouldnt fit.

Standard 4 pin molex connecters are also keyed, unless you pulled the individual wire out, and then reverse them for some odd crazy ass reason.

So..Unless you're re-wiring the fan has a short, or you .... i have no idea.
