Slim-tower with full sized cards?

I'm trying to find a slim tower/slim desktop case that looks good (simple, black) that uses a riser and full height cards instead of ~4 half-height cards. I want to build a slim PC for my workstation with a decent (dual-slot) video card in it. All recomendations welcome, please!
 
It sounds like you're looking for something similar to this form factor. Is that right?

Do you need all four slots? If so, there's really no slimness to be gained by using a riser card--instead of the cards protruding out 5 inches from the MB, you'll have four cards (spaced .8" apart, IIRC), plus the spacing between the cards and the mobo, so the overall thickness will pretty much stay the same.

Honestly, the first thing that came to mind was to use a 2U server case, since those often come with riser cards and support full-height cards. However, I'm pretty sure they'll be a bit too big in the other two dimensions.
 
If it accepts full-sized cards it's too thick for what I need. I need that REALLY thin form factor, but that uses a riser so I can put a full-sized video card in it.

I've found a Lian-Li case (this) that's close to what I need with its riser option backplate (though it's an HTPC case). Do you know of any cases like these that are vertical though?

Something like that. Dell has something similar in its Studio Slim Desktop (http://www1.ca.dell.com/content/pro...desktop-studio-slim?c=ca&cs=cadhs1&l=en&s=dhs ) but of course it leaves you no room for expansion. It doesn't need to be THAT small, but that general form factor (slim tower, mATX) is what I need.

And the only expansion card I'll be adding is a dual-slot video card, so I don't need 4 slots, just 2 full-height ones.

If such a case doesn't exist I don't mind, but I'd rather ask first.
