I haven't bought a board, last item that's keeping me from finishing my build.

I have an MSI NX8600GTS-OC, when the price drops i'm thinking of getting another card.

The mobo i'm looking into is the ASUS M3A32-MVP. Can I still do a dual GPU set up?

Crossfire ATI's version of SLI?

Second motherboard choice is the ASUS Crosshair.

Mobos with Nvidia's chipsets are the only ones to support SLI. Everything else pretty much supports crossfire, which is ATI's thing. P35, X38, X48 can all do crossfire. 2 ATI cards for crossfire. 2 Nvidia cards for SLI.

all very useful buit the OP appears to be on AMD platform ... :p

The M3A32-MVP should be able to do dual GPU in terns of driving multi monitors but it can't do SLI.
the Crosshair does SLI.

IIRC...most if not all boards with multiple PCIx slots can run multiple graphics cards. The real question here is, what does the OP want to do with it...run multiple cards to power a single monitor or run multiple cards to run multiple screens?!

With the latest Beta Crossfire drivers, he can do both. At the same time.
