SLI stability

I need a stable computer for work.
Therefore, if i have an athlon 64 3500+
2xleadtek 6800gt
A8N SLI, with latest bios 1004 (must be this as has more room for cooling)
two 36gb raptors, and two pata 40gb drives
Will this be easy to set up, i.e. no blue screen of deaths, no instability problems etc.
I know that for many of the overclockers here a bit of instability is no big worry, but if I install this SLI setup, will it be unstable?

I have a 3800+/A8N/2 6600GTs and have no problems with stability, I really like Asus's molex by the PEG slots idea.

I would think if you use a good quality PSU with enough power, and RAM recommended on Asus website, your computer would be as stable as any other. (if you don't OC yourself anyway)

I've had zero stability problems so far with this system:

Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Athlon 64 3500+ @2.475 ghz (FSB 225 mhz)
2xOCZ Platinum Edition Rev 2 512 meg DDR 400 @ 450mhz (2-2-3-5, 1T)
2xChaintech 6600GT's (SLI, Core 568mhz, DDR 1.14 ghz)
160 gig Seagate SATA
16x NEC Dual Layer DVD Writer 3520A

Question though, why would you build an SLI system for work? It's really targeted towards gaming. There are better single card solutions if you're looking to do CAD or other graphics intensive work.
