is this a good setup for sli? i am not sure about the power supply heard something about 24 pin psu for the mb. whats a good solution for the psu?
 
You may be able to get by with a higher end Antec or Enermax but for SLI setups I recommend either the OCZ 510 Modstream or the PCP&C 510 SLI, they were basically built for these types of setups. I personally prefer the PCP&C even if it costs a little more it is money well spent. With such high end components there is not reason to cut any corners when it comes to a PSU.

This is not to say that you may get lucky and a lower wattage PSU wouldn't work, but you have a better chance with a top of the line one. Most of the problems I have seen related to getting SLI up and running have had to do with power issues.

And yes, you want to get a 24-pin and the ones mentioned have this natively, using a 20-24 converter isn't a good idea, and you want to make sure that you get power to both cards off separate connectors. This is why the PCP&C makes a good choice as there are two dedicated 6-pin video card adapters ready to plug into both cards (I am not sure if the OCZ has this or not). Both come with a five year warranty, which is alwasy a plus.
