SLI setup with a non-sli powersupply, possible?

Hello. I am upgrading my system.
I'm planning to have the following components:
Athlon 64 3800+ Venice core 2.4GHz @ 2.6+ (on air with Thermalright xp-90c and 115cfm 92mm delta screemer)
Abit A8N SLI motherboard
4x512 ram @ 220-230MHz
2xBFG Geforce 7800 GTX @stock
case with 7x120mm fans(96cfm each)
powersupply1: PC power and cooling 510 deluxe
powersupply2: Antec truepower 430

Question: I am planning to run all drives and fans off the second PS. Can I run motherboard/cpu and 2x7800gtx off that 510w powersupply #1 or will I need to mix it up a bit between powersupplies?
Also, any general tips on setting this up and overclocking will be GREATLY appreciated.

The 510 should run all of it fine. No need for a second unit assuming you have enough fan connectors (PC Power and Cooling will modify your supply for you if you want). Question how are you going to hear with 7 96cfm fans running?

I will use 2 fan controllers, 4 channels each. That will cover the 7 case fans + 1 cpu fan. I'm eyeing Vantec Nexus Nxp-201, but that can only turn 12 volts down to 7volts. If my calculations are correct, that will make each 120mm fan run at 25db. Any recommendations for fan controllers?
 
IM using an enermax 480W non-SLI PSU with two 6600GT's, no problems here.
 
I know ill get shit, but i have everything in my sig running off a 420W POS PSU.

AMD 4000+ Clawhammer @2.5ghz w/CNPS7000B-Cu LED
Asus A8N SLi Motherboard
Corsair 1 Gig Val Ram (2x 512)
2x Leadtek 6800GT SLi
37gb Raptor.

Unfotunately not personally as I don't use them. The guys in the cooling section could give you advice though.
 
My rig at work has a 430w antec psu and it powers all of these fine. a64, 1gb, 2 6800gt's sli, 2 hdd's, a8n sli.
