Well, With all the next gen games coming out. The though of runnign TESIV: Oblivion in widescreen is making me drool. Think this game will require 2 GTX's to Run At Max Setting on a 2405..
 
with new games, comes new cards. There will be many new vid cards coming ouy as well. For now the 7800 gtx is one of the best cards money can buy. I wouldn't shell for sli until games start coming out and card prices drop. Of course, I think the 7800 gtx could handle most settings on max. An sli setup is always an improvement.
 
im probably gonna get another 6800gt when the price drops to 100, right now bf2 runs smooth for me at 1920 so its fine. I personally wouldnt buy anything untill xbox 360 or ps3 come out.
