So I've been out of the loop way too damn long, forgive me. But I just put a new rig together and I'm thinking of adding another 560Ti to it to get SLI. The last I remember, you still needed to add a bridge between the two cards to do this, but neither my motherboard (ASUS P8Z68-V LE) or the video card (EVGA 560Ti SC) came with one.

So is a bridge still necessary? If so, what do I need to watch out for when picking one up?

Yes you need a bridge. All you have to worry about is length. A standard one should work.
