SLI air cooling inquiry

Using SLI system will generate quite alot of heat. For a single card, I would prefer using Zalman VF700-Cu VGA cooler. However, how about 2 cards like SLI?

What kind of cooler shall I use for SLI for air cooling? Shall I buy 2 x Zalman VF700-Cu VGA cooler and put each cooler on each video card then form SLI? Is this even possile due to the size of the motherboard?

Thank you for your help.

the VGA Silencers from Arctic Cooling will exhaust heat out the back of the case, and have a large low RPM fan to keep noise down. Also, has anybody looked at the impact of using a desktop case with the mobo horizontal? In theory at least, that would help keep the 'top' card cooler as the hot air would rise straight up rather than from the bottom card to the top one...Any hard numbers here?

will it fit the SLI set up? Cux all vga coolers must attach the video card. Then do you mean only Arctic Cooling VGA silencer will fit SLI set up and the rest of other vga cooler will not fit the SLI set up?

The Arctic cooling nvsilencers will only fit the Asus A8N, since the gap between the cards is large. It will only fit on one of the cards if you have another mobo such as the DFI NF4 SLI
