SLI 8800 GTX

My brother wants to SLI his 8800GTX evga graghics card
Ive heard that you can bios flash a 9800 gtx or 250 gts card to make it a 8800 GTX or vice versa, Im not sure which way would be best, or would it be best to just try and buy a used 8800gtx off ebay or something

No, you cannot do that. The closest thing to that would be to get an 8800ultra, which is extremely expensive nowadays. You might as well upgrade to a 5770 or some other modern card.

Or if you have a 9800GTX or GTS 250 you can pick up another one for cheap and SLI them if you don't need something brand new.
