SLI 7900GT's Need PSU Help

Trying to stay under budget, have scrapped previous plans.

Will be purchasing system from Directron in the morning.

I would like a Modular PSU if possible, and one that can handle 2 7900GT's a dual core CPU AMD, 2HD's, and 2gb of ram.

Will it be decent for OC'ing?

I want to stay under 100 bucks and have to get it from either Fry's or directron.

That should be fine- I'm using an Enermax 535 watt power supply with 2 7900GTs without issue.
