Sleeving sizes

I've never worked with sleeving materials before and I'm putting together an A.C. Ryan order but not sure what sizes to order.

For fans and case LED's, I'm pretty sure I need 1/8"
What would I need for 4x and 5x 18ga. wires used to wire molex connectors? Would 1/4" work?

Also, for heatshrink tubing, to get it to go over the sleeving I'd need the next size up heatshrink from the sleeve size I used, correct?
