I buy my HS in assortment packs at HomeDepot for 1.99 a package and there's quite a bit in each package.
 
I'm just wondering where to buy these in bulk for cheap. A lot of the places I found for heat shrinks are charging like $.50-$1.00 per foot.

I've managed to find a place that sells the 1/8'' sleeves for $.29 per foot @ 50ft+ orders.
