Skyrim jagged shadows?

Here. Go to the elder scrolls V link on the left side, then go to the page ".ini tweaks, part 2".
It wouldn't put it ge force.com, weird.

set the game settings in game for shadows to medium first then close the game

then in your "documents" folder under "my games" open up the skyrim folder and look for "skyrimprefs.ini"

find these lines and change the number to match this:

iShadowMapResolutionSecondary=4096
iShadowMapResolutionPrimary=4096

then scroll down more for this line:

iShadowMapResolution=4096

make sure those lines have the number "4096"

Done! Restart the game and enjoy smooth shadows...
 
Wanna see your performance take a dump but see the shadows look even better? Set that number to 8192 instead of 4096. Don't say I didn't warn you, though. Enjoy the slide show. ;)
