Careful with skyhawk cases. Some of the earlier versions had an extremely thin rear panel. The threaded inserts at the card slots had a tendency to just pop out because the rear panel was so freakin thin. I have one very much like that black one. Mine is just clear coated with a side window.

Some one posted some big pics of the skyhawk with the removable mobo tray. It looked like the rear panel was improved a ton. Plus you get the tray which is pretty sweet. If you arent attached to the black one, this one looks like a safer bet.
