SkyHawk case + 300W PSU = $9 no rebate!

if your new to mwaze i think you can get an additional $10 off --mine cane to $16.10 shipped--

Since I seem to be constantly building computers for friends / co-workers I went ahead and picked one of these up. The case doesn't appear hideous from the one available picture and most often, people just want "internet" computers so the 300W el-cheapo PS shouldn't be a problem.

Almost $24 shipped to me by ground.

Thanks. Not a bad deal, $20 total w/shipping and everything.
I got an old AMD-1200 needing a home.

How'd you get the shipping break? S&H for me comes to ~$15 even after I created my account.

There's willcall from warehouse for $5 and their willcall local number is 909. That should be the inland empire in los angeles (riverside,etc...). I might pickup two if I can find the location, unless someone already has it? They won't be open for another 23 minutes!

also seems there are some cheap pc games

I've done some googlef/froogle/newegg/manufacturer searches for that case.

What do the front harddrive mounts look like? Pictures?

Cool... about what i expected. I was going to try to mount a 120mm fan in that geared vent thing, and the loud stock fan will be replaced with my own quiet ones.

those labtec looks like that pos headset they give u with BF2
i ordered the case for the feck of it.
sweet deal

Wow, they want 20 bucks PER CASE shipping for me using the slowest shipping. Unfortunately, that + the thin steel makes this a not so hot deal to me.

Shipping was ~$20 to my address, but for some reason I got an additional $10 discount (been a customer of mwave like 4 years ago) and my total came out to $19.xx

not bad for a cheapo case

Shipping was only $11.80 for me; $20.80 grand total.

I ordered one for a simple internet / TV machine I plan on building to put in the guest room. I plan on just putting a TV tuner card in it to watch TV on and a network card fo internet access; a simple entertainment center for guests. This case looks fine for such a simple machine.

It would seem that shipping makes or breaks this as a deal but I'm glad it was found.

Thanks.

That's a damned nice case for $20 shipped IMO.
It's a nice plain case, not some POS Üb3r l33t ulta 3xtr3m3 case like most cheapos

I'm never Üb3r l33t and so I agree with that sentiment exactly. I keep pondering whether or not I should get a second just to have around for the future, even.

Thanks guys. I got the case and the headset for th $25 shipped. Not bad AT ALL! Needed a new case for my HTPC...

If you order from MWave, they'll ask you to rate them with a rating service. After you do that, you get a $10 off coupon..

You get the link in your order confirmation...

Okay, I may be stupid for having to ask this, but how do you get the coupon to work with an order that is less than $50?

Mine says it will automatically display in the shopping cart when there is $50 worth of items in it and without $50 in there it says that email coupons will show up with criteria are met.

Did they add this stipulation in to prevent the insanely cheap price, am I doing something wrong, or what?

Same here, thanks!

edit: I did registered with Mwave, but no coupons or other to get the $11.80 shipping + $9.00 case.

I'm glad mostly everyone liked this deal. Mwave usually has something crazy like this every week or so. A couple weeks ago they had 350W PSUs for like $5, but I don't think I would ever put a $5 PSU in any computer of mine. :D

Sold out, I knew I should of bought one a week ago. Any more good case deals?

I ordered mine last week should be here tommorow. Will post tommorow with actual info. I too ordered this for a box to put next to the TV. Turn it into a TiVO like box. O/T. How much processor do you think you need for this to run? I have a Pentium 3 500 laying around and I can throw almost a GB of SDRAM. think that will cut it? Not to thread-jack. Just seems to be a few here that have ordered this for the same reason.

man after reading the review im jealous of you guys

i thought it would be some cheapo case that was made out of plastic, but its made out of aluminum, has TWO 120mm fan slots, which means you can get excellent cooling, and it actually LOOKS good! (besides the purple thing on the side of the case) Wish i saw this deal earlier..

I got mine this morning before going to work. I took it out of the box and did a quick inspection and look over to see what it was like. Even without going into detail I am left wishing I had ordered two or more. I didn't expect it to be as good as it appears to be and I could have used a few more to build budget PCs for family memebers (which seems to be what they all keep asking me to do lately).

Got mine this morning. First inspection it looks better than I thought. The paint is actually half way decent. Lots of hard drive space and NO sharp edges. All the edges are curled around to make it very easy to work in. The door is kinda flimsy which disapoints me but I wont be using it that much anyway. Overall I think this was an absolute [H]ot deal. I have seen many cases that were $40 or $50 for the same thing. I too wish that I would of ordered a couple more. But I would hate to be stuck with 3 cases if they would of ended up being junk.
