I recently bought a SB Audigy 2 ZS card and installed it in my PC. I didn't realize that I would not be able to plug my case's front panel audio because SB requires that you buy their 5 1/4" expansion for that.

My problem is I like to listen to music and watch movies with speakers but play games with headphones and with my current set-up, I can't switch between the two without going behind my computer and switching the plugs.

Does anyone know if I can get some sort of signal splitter into which I could plug both my speakers and my headphones and then switch between the two at will?

Find the nearest Radioshack and go pick up one of these ;)

Although expect lower volumes from the source that you decide to split.

You can get an 1/8" stereo splitter pretty much anywhere else for about $2. I use one but I've never really noticed any volume issues. Though I've never specifically tested for that, so I can't say for sure. Hint: if you go to walmart, check by the headphones. I was looking at all the wires and adapters and stuff and I couldn't find it there.
