I have a Shuttle SFF in socket A flavor that I use for LAN's and such, and I ordered a 6800 vanilla for it, but due to some sorta snafu between woot and BFG, most of the folks who ordered and RMA'd got a 6800GT back. Now this thing works great, until you get about 45 minutes into gaming, you get spontaneous reboots.

I did some testing and ran speedfan in the background while running 3D apps. I was in the 80C range while playing Halo, but when I tried something much less demanding, it was around 60C.

When I look at the clearance between the wall of the case and the card, there really isn't any. Could this be the issue? It's great I got a free upgrade, but I don't have anything else that uses AGP except that box. Ideas on how to control the temperature while working within the clearance?
