I have two locations:
1. Headquarters - (~20 servers, ~100 clients) This is the main office building for everyone
2. Datacenter - (1 server) There is a server located in another part of the country as a backup and as a server for users to access when they are closer to it than headquarters.

I have setup a demand-dial between two servers through RRAS:
Server02
Location: Headquarters
Operating System: Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise
LAN: 10.100.2.2
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
WAN: xxx.xxx.xxx.102
Subnet: 255.255.255.128

Server05
Location: Datacenter
Operating System: Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise
WAN: xxx.xxx.xxx.68
Subnet: 255.255.255.0
Demand-Dial Given IP: 10.100.2.5
Subnet: 255.255.255.255

Well, I have the two endpoints connected through demand-dial, I just can't access some IPs. Server05 can not ping anybody at Headquarters. Server03 can ping 10.100.2.5, but all other servers and clients however cannot ping 10.100.2.3. I have a feeling that this has to do with the Subnet of Server05's Demand-dial, but I do not know how to change this to be 255.255.255.0. Any help?
