I'm still having problems randomly with the site not responding for about 30 seconds when I click threads or go to make a reply.

Here's the traceroute. I circled a timeout in red that I noticed.

Lethal, you just shaved about 2s off of EACH of my page loads.

The timeout you're seeing on that traceroute is just a hop along the way that does not respond to ICMP requests. Load times are not because of routing issue
