How do you get Google to list links like this in the results?

They do it automatically through their web crawler. AFAIK there is no way to submit them.

Hmmmm... Interesting. I checked the Webmaster tools in Google, and it talks about submitting a sitemap... but I'm not sure this is what that is. It seems like a lot of big corporate sites have these types of links. I'd love to be able to do this for my own site.

Any other suggestions?

Edit... after more research... they are called sitelinks. Google controls them when you are the top search result. Oh well...

You can submit a sitemap, but google will auto create these links for you (or not create them) as it sees fit. It is unrelated to the sitemap afaik.

For more info on sitemaps, check out sitemaps.org

I've used this tool:

for creating sitemaps off dynamic sites, since you have to have a crawler do it for you in most cases :).

Ya, sitemap will not give them to you.

I have a few sites that are fairly high ranked and top results for some searches, but they still do not have the links and they all have sitemaps.

Stinks as the links are quite nice, but it seems like only larger sites and corporations get them :(

They also are based off of keywords I believe.
