site keeps hanging up a bit

[cannondale06]

pubads.g.doubleclick seems to be the cause. site just hangs for about 10-12 seconds and then when it loads, the ad at the top is not there. it has only properly loaded once for me in the last 30 minutes.

Same here.

I'm seeing it too. It's aggravating having to wait 10+ seconds for an ad to not load on every single page.

pubads.g.doubleclick is causing this issue on other sites too. whats odd is if I turn on adblock it does not help on hardforum but it stops the hanging on the other sites.

was wondering wtf

[Shalafi]

Yeah i noticed the site is going slow too, actually caused me to unplug my cat 5 cable and plug it back in to make sure it wasn't my connection

[cannondale06]

seems fine now on here as well as the other sites having the issue.

[icronticprime]

registering was a nightmare because of this.
