Site issue, may be chrome bug?

This actually happens pretty frequently. I am not exactly sure what causes it, but it seems to happen with old browser windows, or when I first open chrome and it restores my session from last state, while having a hardocp window open.

As you can see below, the wrong video is being displayed:

If I press F5, the issue is fixed..

Wondering if I am the only one seeing this or what...?
 
i think i had something similar happen once in FF in the last couple of weeks, but honestly i thought Steve had screwed something up because i havent had it happen since

maybe its a flash issue... or am i stating the obvious?
 
I can't remember for sure, but I seem to remember it happening in FF as well, but it has been quite a while since I have used FF as my primary browser.
 
Never seen this. Will keep my eyes open.
 
Could it be a plugin issue? Have you tried other newer browsers to see if the same thing happens? I'm having no issue with Chrome here!
