Site broken on my phone and tablet.

I'm not sure why but on both my s9 plus phone running chrome, and my nvidia shield tablet k1 running chrome, I cannot view the site in desk top mode. Additionally I cannot change settings via the sites drop down settings menu. It allows me to toggle mobile/desktop and collapsed/expanded, but saving does absolutely nothing. Is this a known issue or something wrong on my end?
