I ran many full tests on my cpu after ocing the proc and everything was fine except this program is telling me that this messege

The CPU fan has failed. This should appear only if the CPU has a fan with tachometer installed, connected correctly to the main board data capturing chip.
Fix: Power down your system immediately. Open the case and check that the CPU fan is working and the heat sink is not unusually hot. Make sure the CPU has good all-round ventilation.

I have checked this out several times and my fan is spinning and my temp on my tower reads 79c-90c under full loads. So is this a bug or am i missing something?

Your CPU temps are 79 to 90 CELCIUS? Sweet mercifull crap that is high! My comp is set to autoshutdown at 70c.

Im gonna assume those temps are some kind of error. or something. anything.

That is a weird error. Probably not reading the right fan header on your mobo. You could also get that error if you had a 2-wire fan that doesn't report rpm's I think. If you've checked and everything looks ok then don't worry about it.

Your cpu runs 79f-90f!?!?!? If your talking celsius, that's really high. If your talking fahrenheit than that's really freakin' low. Where are you getting your temps from?

I get my temp readings from my lcd screen on the tower. Playing eq2 it gets as high as maybe 90f but normally its only 79-84 and just not gaming i get like 78-79. I see the fan on the cpu running and i have the alarm set to go off at 70c so i just was curious about the error that program is telling me.
