Sisoft Sandra Benchmark accurate?

just wondering if this hdd benchmark was any accurate.

it benched my wd special ediiton drive at 34 m a seconds buffered
and this maxtor dm9 120 ata is at 50m a seconds which is equivalent to some raid setups!
now this cant be right
