sisoft memory bench amd64 3000+

i have an a64 3000+@2.4GHz
pc4000 512 megs Kingmax-timings 2.5-3-3-7
chaintech vnf-250 nf3 250 board.

when i run sisoft memory bench i get
3606/3626

however, the reference nf3 pro 150 is 5426/5338

is there something wrong with my setup?
 
That sounds about right. The nforce3 150 pro is the socket 940 chipset that has dual channel... thats why its so high.

With my memory at 230mhz 2.5-3-3-11 1T I get around 3400/3400 in sandra.
