SinglePass/DoublePass Heatercore, which would cool better?

Would a Dual 120mm/Single Pass heatercore cool better than a Single 120/Double Pass heatercore? Does the Single pass/double pass make that much of a difference? Trying to pick out a heatercore and if a Single Fan double pass cools as well as a Dual Fan Single Pass then of course I would like to go with the small HC. Or would going to a Dual Fan double pass heatercore be even that much better? Or do you not see much of a temp change considering ambient temps? Thanks
 
i would think the single pass dual fan would cool better. The water is moving slower, so its got more time to desperse it's heat into more surface are. I tried the heat core thing, but i could not get enough air flow through it, so i went with swiftech dual pass dual fan rad. Has fins like a thermochil PA, so it flows ALOT of air.
