Single Width Video Cards

i have an 8600gt card sitting in a shuttle g35, i would like to update the video card, but every card seems to be a double width card, haven't seen many (if any) reviews recently for a single width card that fits within the stock case cover.

are there any single width caerds that would be a worth while upgrade on the market right now?

i have a 9800GT and 8800GT SSC EVGA that fit into my Shuttle SG31G2
I also would do a cut out hole on the cover so the Card gest air directly from outside.
Asus 4850 512 fit
Sapphire 3870 Toxic
Sapphire 3870 reg fit
and the power supply can handle most of these cards.

Getting any of the higher end card you have to mod ur case due to width.
And then you gonna run into a Power supply issue.
Stock 250-300watts if you upgraded its 300-350watts

9800GT, 8800GT or HD 4850 really. Not a massive upgrade from what you have... but an improvement
