Single slot active cooling video card

I have a Shuttle build that is using a passively cooled card, that although nice and quiet, is overheating when playing more graphically intense games.

Does anyone have any recommendations on powerful, single slot, actively cooled video card that can fit nicely in a Shuttle system? My Skyrim performance needs your assistance
