Single Ram Sticks?

I recently purchased a 2x 2GB Corsair (see below for specifics) set for a new build. After playing with it a while, I wish to upgrade to 6GB of ram for F@H -bigadv purposes. However while looking to buy a single stick, everything I am finding is sets. Does anyone know any place that sell single ram sticks? Or am I just screwed and have to order another set of 2x 2GB?
