Simulated surroud for USB DAC's?

My TEAC UD-H01 and JBL LSR305 combo sound great for music, but fall a little flat for gaming. Are there any programs that add DSP effects or simulated surround for use with USB DAC's?
 
Get a sound card like a Sound Blaster Z (the basic/OEM model) and use a TOSLINK connection, since your DAC does not appear to be limited to USB.
