So I installed the Sims 3 as a curiosity to see what kind of amazing frame rates at 3780X1600 I was going to get using crossfire. So I got everything maxed out and I am only getting 18-25 fps on this old game. Embarrasing:eek:. I opened up my case and one of my 5850 is hot and the other one is cold to the touch. Does that means only one card is working on this title? What is another way to check what card is working or not?

geez there are easier ways to check if crossfire is enabled (using CCC) :) and Sims is not [H]ard enough !

 I know Sims 3 is not [H]ard enough, but it sucks that I get higher frame rates on Crysis than I do on Sims 3:eek: Crossfire is enabled and works great on plenty of titles but when I play Sims3 all the work is done by just one card and at such high resolution frames are like 19FPS.

Yeah, I feel ya. Don't own Sims 3 but do own Starcraft 2 and it really sucks that Starcraft doesn't take advantage of crossfire.
