What is the name of the program that makes windows shortcut look like Mac ones?
I know this has been mentioned many times, but i cant seem to be able to find it.
 
You'd be referring to a program such as StyleXP or WindowBlinds, but the program itself isn't what makes the icons look like Mac ones. That depends upon whatever Theme or Skin you apply using the program.
