sorry if this is stupid...but i want to make sure...

when i play counter strike. i chat on Aim at the same time...
so while i play i do the "Alt+tab" to go back to windows to chat...
i do that like 3 times a round...

will this hurt my computer?
 
If you have a CRT monitor with a weak flyback, and you switch resolutions going from full-screen mode to windowed mode-- you can wear it out faster. Otherwise you won't do any harm.
