I bought a new GTX260 video card, but I'm not sure how to install it. I mean, I know how it fits into the mobo, but I'm not sure about the power adapters. It comes with two adapters - one end plugs into the video card, and the other end has two 4 pin molex plugs. Do I need to plug my power supply into all 4 plugs? That seems like overkill to me, but I want to be sure beforehand.

You need to connect the TWO molex from video card to your power supply.

If your powersupply has the proper plug already then you should just use that. If not then use the supplied adapter. Yes, plug all adapters in, there should be (2) connections on your card.

The power supply doesn't have a plug that fits into the video card, so I guess I'll use both adapters. It's just using up almost all of my 4 pin plugs.

With both adapters, it has 4 molex plugs connected to it. The manual is a generic manual, so it doesn't say if you need to use 1, 2, or none of the adapters.

The simplest way I can say it is to have the plugs on your vid card filled and then plug in the other ends to the corresponding ends of you powersupply.
What do you have for a powersupply by the way, is it large enough to take that card (watts)?
