Simple question about monitors

The Samsung S32D850T and BenQ BL3200PT monitors use the same panel (AU Optronics M320DVN01.0) so does that mean the picture quality is exactly the same?

I purchased two Samsung S32D850T this week and I'm not sure I like the how it looks and I'm considering purchasing the BenQ BL3200PT but I want to make sure I'm not essentially purchasing the same monitor.

Not necessarily. There can be several factors, including build quality and factory calibration, which can make a difference.

We haven't seen much user feedback on the Samsung one yet - what don't you like about it?

The BenQ one seems well liked, although some units have banding issues. I don't know if that's common to the panel type / size / specific panel in use, or if it's just an issue with some of them (different batches maybe?).
