I think this weekend I'll be cutting a hole in my simple computer case and covering it up with a filter (http://www.xoxide.com/12blfanfi.html ). I also bought a fun LED 120mm fan, that I think I will located on the back of the case and move the 120mm fan I have there to the new hole located on the side.

I was wondering if anyone know of other ways I could keep my case cool. I have all the regular equipment to keep it cool (heatsink, fan, Video card fan, slim cables). I also have one other problem, my power supply fan when out and I replaced it with a regular case fan it this alright?
 
I've replaced fans on power supplies myself... just make sure its pushing enough air to keep it cool, or you could end up with a friend power supply.
