Has anyone ever used Silverstone's waranty service before? One of the sockets of my modular power supply has pulled out an eighth of an inch and appears not to be delivering power reliably any longer. When I visited their website the only RMA option I could find was a faxable form which is anything bot confidence boosting.
I'm currently running my 260 using the second port on the PSU so I don't need a replacement asap, but am wondering if the old 260 that I stupidly voided the warranty on trying to troubleshoot is actually still functional and SLIable so I do want to get this dealt with in the reasonably near term.
