Hi I recently built a new pc on a Silverstone TJ09 i also bought a used Radeon HD 6990 which came with an EK waterblock already installed so i decided to watercool it. I got a hand me down pump reservoir and radiator for it but it doesnt do the job its only a single 120mm fan radiator.

I was thinking of buying the internal rad support but can that house a triple 120mm radiator or jus a dual 120mm fan radiator?

I do prefer everything to be internal, so any suggestions about whats the best radiator that can cool a radeon HD 6990 and possible cpu processor corei7 980x with heatkiller rev 3.0

Thank you

I have the TJ09 USB3 and i was also hell-bent on an internal triple rad.

I can post a pic of my setup, but I wound up ripping out the HDD cages in the bottom of the case and installing the triple 120 down there. The case has nice mesh in both side panels, so it's good airflow for the radiator and it looks really clean when it's closed. The pump is also down there.

The radiator would NOT fit upright in the front of the case (plus that would preclude you from using any 5.25 bays.) This setup would have sucked for me as I'm using a bay res and a hotswap bay.

I see I was kind of hoping that a triple 120 would fit on the top part of the case, where did your powersupply go? yes please post a pic :)

Do you think a dual 120mm radiator is sufficient to cool down a radeon 6990 and a core i7 980x processor?

Herpaderp... I can't believe it but I had a massive brain fart. The system I just built is a TJ07... sorry, man! LOL. And I was wondering why I missed there being a rad support for my case :D

lol thats why i was like but where does your psu go cause tj09 goes below, but your rig looks pretty nice:D but yeah i don't think ill be able to put a rad below mine like that wish i can though i wonder if I can squeeze in a triple rad on top of a TJ09?

Good luck. Hopefully someone who's done it chimes in.

You'll def'ly want a triple rad with a dual-core GPU and hex core 1366 chip. At full load they'll overwhelm even the best dual 120 setup, IMO.

Thanks artemm and yeah i figured triple rad is what i would need, or possibly hold off on watercooling the cpu until i figure out a better way of cooling both or if i can fit in a triple.
