Silverstone ST850F 850W

I have the 750 watt version, and it's supposed to be plenty for 8800 sli. I really like it, very quiet, and the cables are a good length. (not too long or too short)

The Strider 850w isn't simply a modular version of the Zuez 850w, they are made by different manufacturers (Strider by Enhance and Zeuz by Etasis). The Strider does not have the same build quality that the Zues has, but it should still be suitable for the setup you have in mind (although the Zues would probably be better).

I have the 600W Strider and it is one nice PSU.

You can't go wrong with them.

How's the ripple, build quality and noise of your strider? I'm becoming more interested in them since they are significantly cheaper than the Zeus series. I understand that analysing the ripple of the PSU will probably be beyond you, but if you give me some brief, first-hand information i will be very greatful. Also, how does it handle your 8800 GTX?

Heh, nevermind...
I went ahead and bought a Zeus. :D

Strider looks real damn nice, but it seemed the 850w Zeus is top shelf along with PCnP models. It shall enjoy dual 8800GTX's and a quadcore down the line for sure :D

Good for you! You shall be pleased.

I was just reading about the Strider series, and it seems they have 2 x 8-pin PCI-e connectors as well as the 6-pin connectors, oh well. There's no doubt the Zues is better quality.
