SilverStone SST-FP52 Beeping Question

I was hoping you guys could help me with something.

I installed a FP52 and all the thing does is beep. It looks like it is trying to initialize but then it shuts off and restarts. And of course it beeps when it starts up. The fans it is connected are all turning on so everything has power. It never stays on long enough to get a reading of anything. Every once-in-a-while it gives off four short beeps, but the others are longer beeps and never the same amount before doing the four short.

Any ideas?
