Would a CoolIt Vantage work in this case or is this case more suited for air cooler?

If so, Would a TR Venomous-X fit in it?
 
Plenty of people on here have been running the Corsair H50 or H70, so the Vantage should be fine. You should be able to fit almost any air cooler in the RV02-E (I have seen people use Noctua NH-D14 and Thermalright Silver Arrow in that case)
