The SilverStone HE02 is SilverStone’s first entry into the passive CPU cooler market and comes at a time where SilverStone has recently been releasing a number of new products in their CPU cooler lineup. The HE02 is compatible with all current Intel and AMD platforms and also carries a very reasonable price for the true silence it offers.
