Silver Stone Case - USB/FireWire Leads

I bought a Silver Stone TJ05 case. Very nice. HOWEVER, the leads for the USB and Firewire connectors to the MB are not capped. They are obscurely titled, AND they do not add up to the number of pins on the board. I have NO idea how to insert these wires, and it is a real pain. Does anyone have a recommendation on how I can install these wires? Is there some kind of cap I can use to make this easier? Thanks
 
I'm not 100% sure what you're talking about, but if you haven't read the manual for the case and motherboard as far as the USB/Firewire areas go, then go do that NOW.

That manual only shows how to load the parts into the case. The web site gives you downloadable manual that describes which wire is which, but it doesn't show what lead goes to what wire.

TJ05 has quite a lot of cables, and the thermal controller version comes with additional cables that make it much more confusing when assembling the computer. The USB / IEEE1394 still doesn’t provide one big pin, which one would make it unnecessary to connect the pins one by one in a time-consuming fashion. I believe that this should be remedied in the near future, since it might prove very confusing for beginners. Furthermore, one big pin can save a lot of time when assembling the computer. There are two power switch cables and the reset switch cable. One is coming from the thermal controller so note that the twisted lines are the real power switch and the reset switch that is coming directly from the case. These two cables needed to be connected to the power/reset cable from the thermal controller.

Notice the lack of a pin on 1 side.

As for the firewire, I have no clue.
 
Which motherboard do you have? The pinout is not always the same. That’s why they didn’t come as one big connector each. Tell me what your little 1394 connectors are labeled and what motherboard you have and I will try to help you out.

Edit:

I find it easier to run a narrow band of tape around the individual header connectors once you have them in the right order to hold them in the correct position instead of trying to insert them one at a time.
