Silent water cooling advice?

So I have a 3x120mm rad I bought used. I am thinking about getting this kit, and this gpu block.

I have a 3770k and a gtx 570 (non reference). I am thinking about going res -> cpu -> first 3x120mm rad -> gpu -> second 3x120mm rad -> res.

I want to get some very low speed fans (recommendations on this would be nice), and just have a really silent water cooled pc. I am planing on making a custom case so I don't really need to worry about fitting two 3x120mm rads. This will be first real water cooling endeavor.

I was liking that kit because its a good deal to me at least, even when comparing to used prices after shipping it comes out as a pretty good deal. I would be fine purchasing a used gpu block so that isn't a big deal to me to get that new. Any recommendations? Suggestions? I have some vinyl tubing from home depot I was going to use to go to the second rad if I didn't have enough with the kit, is it a bad idea to use vinyl tubing from home depot?

Though they say revised, I still will not touch those 750 pumps. Get a kit with the Laing D5.

Loop order does not matter.

Although universal GPU blocks seem appealing at first, you realize you eventually want to go with full cover blocks, for most people anyways.

That would be the kit.

If it's non-reference, you're most likely stuck with non-reference. Make sure to get heatsinks for your RAM and VRMs.

The card has separate heatsinks for the vrms and ram already so I was just going to leave them on and have a fan blow over them.

Don't cheap out on the fans if you want quiet. My personal favorite is the Gentle Typhoon AP-45's but they seem to be sold out everywhere now, right now I'm using the AP-15's undervolted to ~1000RPM and I can't hear them at all.

As far as the block, that looks to be the HD PCB and I believe there are a handful of full cover available for it, but a universal will work fine too as long as you have good cooling on the other parts.

'm looking at the different kits offered by xpsc and I see they vary in radiator thickness. Is it better to have a thicker or thinner radiator with low speed fans?

Typically thicker, 60-80mm, with a low (10-12FPI) folds per inch.

1400-1600RPM, on a good quality fan, is about the best trade-off noise/performance wise, not silent operation but quiet.

1000-1200RPM, on a good quality fan, is going to be very quiet and offer decent performance with a low FPI.
