For a dead silent power supply what would you suggest?

Antec makes the Phantom series, but the one my friend has gets unsettlingly warm, seeing as the PSU is basically a giant heatsink with a PSU inside :p

well, SilentPCReview speaks highly of the Seasonic S12 430w and those guys know quiet.....

i wouldnt get one of those fanless powersupplies. if you dont have really good airflow inside your case, theyll get very hot and lose power.

also, be cautious when people say that their power supplies really are quiet. they may start off as quiet, but when the temps go up, the PSU fan will become pretty loud, which isnt the case with the Seasonic S12 430w.

I am running the Antec Phantom 350 with no issues on my rig:
X2 3800+
AIW 9800 Pro
2x512MB RAM
160GB SATA
DVD burner
3 fans
