Silent power conditioner?

I'm looking for a power conditioner for my old house with what I suspect is pretty dirty power. All the units on Amazon (TrippLite, Opti-UPS) have complaints of humming noises, which doesn't surprise me considering they seem pretty lightweight and cheaply made.

Can anyone recommend a decent, silent power conditioner? I'd like to spend <$250 if possible, and it will power one PC (Intel 2500k), two small studio monitors, and two LCD's (30" and 20").
